Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management, Karisa combines strong organizational expertise with a passion for bringing people together. Driven by a deep commitment to the organization’s mission, she is passionate about water safety and loves being a part of the Love to Swim team.
