Water Safety for Every Child

The Love to Swim Non-Profit Foundation

Removing Barriers to Life-Saving Skills

Every Child Deserves the Opportunity to Learn

Love to Swim is the nonprofit side of our mission, helping children access essential swim instruction when financial circumstances might otherwise stand in the way.

Through scholarships, donations, and community partnerships, the foundation connects qualifying families with lessons through Learn 2 Swim and other participating swim schools. Our goal is to help more children develop greater confidence, independence, and safety in and around the water.

How We Make a Difference

Expanding Access Through Community Support

Swim Lesson Scholarships

Financial assistance helps qualifying children receive swim instruction that may otherwise be out of reach.

Support for Every Ability

We support opportunities for swimmers with disabilities, developmental differences, and other individual needs to learn in an encouraging environment.

Community Partnerships

Partnerships with local businesses, donors, and swim programs help us reach more families throughout the community.

A Life-Changing Realization

How One Family’s Journey Became a Greater Mission

Love to Swim began through founder Kaitlyn Williams’ experience as the parent of a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Because her son, Asher, had learned survival swim skills at an early age, Kaitlyn had a sense of security around water that many families do not have.

That realization inspired her to begin helping other children develop the same life-saving skills. What started in the Williams family’s backyard pool grew into a welcoming swim program and a nonprofit mission focused on making water safety more accessible.

Today, Love to Swim continues that mission by helping families overcome financial barriers and connecting children with instruction that meets them where they are.

Helping Children Learn Where They Are

Support That Reaches Beyond One Swim School

Love to Swim scholarships are not limited to students attending Learn 2 Swim. The foundation also supports qualifying children receiving instruction through other participating swim schools.

By working with families, instructors, and community partners, we can help more children find an appropriate program and begin building essential water safety skills.
