Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT POLICY & ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT By enrolling in lessons, you (“Parent/Guardian”) agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Registration & Payment Lessons must be paid in full at registration to reserve your swimmer’s spot. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received. We accept credit/debit cards, ACH, cash, and other approved payment methods. A 2.89% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions. 2. Tuition Structure Tuition is billed monthly and is based on enrollment, not attendance. This reserves your swimmer’s consistent day, time, and instructor. 3. Auto-Pay Authorization For ongoing lessons, a valid payment method must remain on file. By enrolling, you authorize automatic monthly charges on the 1st for tuition and applicable fees. The 2.89% processing fee applies to all card payments. 4. Late Payments Payments not received by the due date may incur a $25 late fee. Accounts more than 7 days past due may be suspended and may lose their reserved spot. 5. Refunds & Credits All payments are non-refundable. Credits or make-ups may be issued at the program’s discretion for instructor cancellations or facility closures and must be used within 30 days. 6. Cancellations & Withdrawal A 14-day written notice is required to cancel enrollment. No refunds or prorated tuition will be issued for mid-session withdrawals. Failure to provide notice may result in charges for the following billing cycle. 7. Missed Lessons Missed lessons due to illness, travel, or personal scheduling conflicts are not guaranteed a make-up. Up to 2 make-up lessons per month may be offered based on availability. 8. Financial Assistance Financial assistance and scholarship opportunities may be available for qualifying families. Please contact us directly for more information. 9. Returned or Failed Payments Returned or declined payments will incur a $25 fee. Payment must be resolved within 3 days to avoid disruption. Accounts not brought current within 5 days may be removed from the program. 10. Agreement By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Payment Policy & Enrollment Agreement..
